Hey, I'm Lauren
Hi, I’m Lauren, founder of Kidz4Academy — where passion for children’s learning meets practical business know-how. After years working in some of the most prestigious schools in the country as a Director of Sport, I stepped away from full-time education to create more flexibility and enjoy time with my young daughter.
My background also includes work with Nurseries and Early Years settings, giving me a real understanding of how children learn, play, and thrive. Since then, I’ve partnered with over 20 schools, running clubs, workshops, and CPD sessions with a 90% rebooking rate, 5-star Google reviews, and schools that stay with us for over three years on annual contracts. Parents even ask us to run their clubs and parties — because children love what we do.
I’m passionate about sport and wellbeing, and I started Kidz4Academy to empower more talented people to deliver amazing activities for children — through free resources, affordable courses, and complete business solutions that make success accessible for everyone.
As a Great Britain amateur triathlete, I’ve learned that focus, balance, and commitment bring results — and I bring that same energy into every course and digital resource I create, giving you the knowledge, confidence, and inspiration to grow a business that truly makes a difference.

How it all started...
A journey that started with one after-school club and a vision to make wellbeing part of every child’s day.
I founded Kidz4 after seeing, post-COVID, how children’s confidence, focus, and wellbeing had declined with increased screen time. During my Senior Leadership Qualification in Education, my research showed that wellbeing-focused clubs can boost academic attainment, and I was determined to make that a reality. What began as one after-school yoga club is now a thriving programme supported by six teachers, an Operations Manager, a Graduate Marketing Manager, and an Accountant, partnering with schools nationwide to help children thrive through wellbeing. Through Kidz4Academy, I want to empower more passionate people to do the same — creating opportunities that make a real difference in children’s lives.

I’m a Great Britain amateur triathlete, which means I know a thing or two about perseverance (and the art of eating lunch in Lycra)
I’ve spent over a decade in education, working my way up to Director of Sport — so I’ve taught everything from Nursery to sixth form PE (and probably refereed a thousand dodgeball games!).
I worked at Harrow Beijing as Head of PE for the Lower School, where I learned a few basic Mandarin phrases to help teach two-year-olds — and discovered that smiles and movement really are universal languages.
Kidz4 started with just one after-school yoga club — one class, a few mats, and a big dream to help children feel calmer and more confident.
I built my business from my kitchen table, during nap times, with a coffee in one hand and a plan in the other.
